I'm only an accountant by profession. But I'm good one at that. This is what my job is. Then how do you suppose I should also know how to set up a printer and be able to diagnose printer problems. All this are are tedious things.
Or so I used to think until I got hold of printer setup utilities. These are rather good tools, I should say. Primarily because they have made my work much easier than what I would carelessly dabble with.

After downloading it, it will appear as a microsoft word toolbar on your computer screen. It will help you to change and save printer settings without the need of countless mouse clicks. It will also save your time and energy by doing away with the need for manual settings in your printer.
