Printer Tray: Serves You Easy
I'm only an accountant by profession. But I'm good one at that. This is what my job is. Then how do you suppose I should also know how to set up a printer and be able to diagnose printer problems. All this are are tedious things.
Or so I used to think until I got hold of printer setup utilities. These are rather good tools, I should say. Primarily because they have made my work much easier than what I would carelessly dabble with.
This utilities include printer wizard which help you minimize your efforts that you may unnecessarily waste in routine jobs like printing. This printer wizard, which consists of a printer tray is a software facility that can be downloaded from the net. After downloading it, it will appear as a microsoft word toolbar on your computer screen. It will help you to change and save printer settings without the need of countless mouse clicks. It will also save your time and energy by doing away with the need for manual settings in your printer.
Not bad, is it?

Bid adieu to manually setting up the printer...say yes to trayselector shareware
Printing issues are common, especially in corporates where there is a network of printers and you need to print official documents in a desired printing format.
I hate the moment when I am required to take print outs of official documents. My boss says, “Hey Will! Shoot 50 sets of printouts of this tender, the first page on the company letter head and rest in plain papers...fast!”
Fast..huh! Does he know how time consuming it is to configure a printer in such a way?
The printer driver for one printer may not contain the same tray id, page sizes and other settings as another printer driver. So, page set up of documents change as the printer changes. When a different printer is selected , the paper settings are required from the new driver. The printing program re-reads the printer driver.
I was really sick and tired of changing the printer set up again and again for different documents.
It seemed as if God smiled upon me!
I bumped into the trayselector.com site that offers printer set up utility shareware aimed towards helping people address the printer problems and facilitate easy printing. There is no need to change the printer tray settings again and again. The tray selector can work with a network of printers (a typical scenario in most of the enterprises).
I found this shareware quite ideal to resolve the common Word printing issues encountered by most of the enterprises.
What really made me go ahead with this shareware is the free 30-days trial offer and discounts on purchase of more than one copy (just the right deal for my enterprise!).
